This isn't really a funny or pervy series, it's an action title.
Though unlike what Anon 2 said, I don't really recommend it. The story is a mess, it's wrought with unresolved plotholes, and it had poor execution as far as its plot premise went.

One of my favorite scenes from the anime. Also reminded me that a lot of the main characters were lolis. It slipped my mind at some point.

Yah, the plot is awful. If you can get past that the characters are entertaining. The curse children in general are heart breaking. They make you want to comfort them. The fight scenes are good too. Really just depends what you're looking for.
