Anon 2 Blazblue was released in 2008 while MGR was released in 2013. And Hakumen was in the very first game so only Genji would be inspiried by Raiden.

Technically Hanzo used a sword before and vowed never to use one again because of his brother's death. Imagine how powerful if Hanzo also has a sword and not just an bow and arrow.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of The Patriots was released on June 12,2008,however,the "first cyborg ninja" with that design was Grey Fox in Metal Gear Solid,which released in 1999.

The PS3 itself was released in 2006
