Well somewere past chapter 350 of the web novel he is in a sexual relationship with both of them and only them. The residents of Asora were trying to celibrate for a week straite before MC had to tone it down. They had basically been waiting for them to do the deed for a year and a half by that point. Also 4th and 5th spouses are a thing in the BUG(goddeses) world for *spoiler* reasons that hint at their identity. This is in fact the smallest and low key harem in the entire series; their stamina is legendary, but only Asora will ever know that.
