No anon2, this is not futanari. Futanari are hermaphrodites which means they have both genitalia at the same time. If there is no vagina present then it is a newhalf. Calling a newhalf a futanari is a western misnomer.

Just because the artist says it's a hermaphrodite doesn't mean he's right, if it was, he would of known to of drawn a vagina, I could draw a black guy with a giant dick and tag it as white and tiny dick, that doesn't make me correct does it? It *does* matter how the artist tagged it. Futanari is a blanket term in Japan. It covers pussy/no pussy and balls/no balls. If it was meant to be a shemale the artist would have tagged it newhalf. That's what they call them in Japan.
