She's awfully calm for someone with an active grenade wedged in her cleavage. Even if death doesn't matter at all in that world, I'd personally want a grenade with it's pin pulled out as far away from me as possible.

This is probably the least painful way to go, given the circumstances. An explosion close to your head... You won't even have time to realize that the grenade has exploded.
