If people are wondering, the music is from Battleblock Theater, made by Behemoth (Basically, Newgrounds). Music is also, ahem, "sung" by Will Stamper, popular for being a generally weird guy

It would appear Poniko is upset, depressed, or just more self-withdrawn than she already normally is (as commonly portrayed by the fanbase). So Masada is trying to cheer her up. Monoko and Monoe, enjoying his performance, join in. Notice at the end, Poniko finally breaks and lets out a poorly concealed laugh. When Masada and Monoko notice, they get excited and high five. Mission accomplished. It should also be noted that whatever game Madotsuki is playing this whole time (it would appear she goes through 2 or 3) much to her annoyance, completely blue screens there at the end.
