It was flagged for being non-Japanese. Cosplay of a Japanese anime/manga character is Japan-related so as long as the cosplay isn't a cheap-nearly-nude-single-prop-not-really-a-good-attempt at cosplay and the photo/video is not obviously amateur-quality then it will likely be allowed.

Daijin, he didn't use it as an insult. He implied that the person who flagged this doesn't like women because of the prime example in the post. It wasn't about being 'gay' for doing something, it was about being 'gay' for not appreciating the girl.
