I love good 3D, but this site has a nasty habit of deleting them left and right..

Well there's a clause against photo-realistic 3D *lolis*, so tha's probably why. Though i do find it a shame, as photo-realistic or not, 3D models are still virtual ones. Must be a deeper legal reason behind this rule.

Note : keep the deleted ones in your favorite list, yotsubagroup. You can still view them even after they are deleted by using the "Original Image" link. Unless they are completly removed from the database of course but that does not happen often.

Deeper legal reason = being apologetic.

Yes, the reason is very simple.
It's photo realistic kids in 3D which means it falls under the paedophilia law. But this law is only active in some countries like the US.
In Europe where I live there is no such thing as a law against children represented naked or not as long as they're not real.
So yea, blame the US. x')

these kids aren't real. and it doesn't fall under pedophilia. Alot of people think just b/c a loli is naked and you happen to look at it means your a pedo. No sorry thats false info. In order to be pedo one must have sexual activities with an underage child. Do you realize how many pictures of lolis on hentai sites are? hell even the general anime has them yet ppl contradict themselves calling everyone else who watches anime pedos. The real truth why various sites don't allow them is b/c its taboo content which is questionable among its viewers same goes for shota.

If I know my loli laws then, long story short, they are basically the same as any porn laws. Difference is, of course, that the "actors" arent real so theres no need to prove their age or anything -- but the content must still not be obscene.

Obscene in this sense refers to anything that has or can be construed to have utterly no value whatsoever artistically. That would be something like, I dont know, tearing a body up and just splaying it about: sheer non-sexual or unrestrained abuse. Even some of the more depraved sex acts and fetishes have at least some twinkling of merit to them somewhere.

The problem is that people see children, even fictitious ones, and still exact the same coddling effect toward them and will therefore be much more likely to find something "obscene" just for having nude child-like figures in the midst. As such its very much a grey area since people can argue very much one way or the other but going up against charges of [virtual] paedophilia are often all too great to really come back from.

That and moral crusaders often forget such things as cognitive dissonance exist, so while some people may be attracted to drawings or models of what look like underage girls that does not mean they are going out and terrorising real ones.

tl;dr; morals vs laws = most would rather just keep their nose squeaky clean.
