source is season II (Yakin Byoutou ni), episode 5 (near the end)

A few hints for general investigations :
- use the website myanimelist.net/ to get both english and japanese titles. Here Night Shift Nurses = Yakin Byoutou
The website also provide the cast, useful when a character does not appear in all seasons
- use websites used to download hentai, some display a few screenshots of each episode, and the DVD cover.
