Her hair is in a dirty ponytail, unless the artist actually said "this is Arturia" then it's more likely to be Mordred.

No it doesn't. Mordred has spikier hair, and she also holds her up with a red scrunchie, not a blue bow. The only Saber that ever wears a blue bow is the original Saber.
