I find it funny how many comments there are out there trying to push that Noire is a lesbian, and how every single straight picture of HDN since about mid-2015 has started receiving a massive amount of dislikes.
I also think it's funny that it's always roughly the same amount of dislikes (-5 to -15) and the comments talking about her being lesbian always have roughly the same amount of likes (~40)

It was no coincidence and it wasn't exclusive to Neptune either.
I know GochiUsa for one got a shitton of coordinated downvotes from someone or a group of people who had a hate boner against any portrayal of their beloved characters being hetero.
It might actually be some literally insane dude who harassed for for a while about not respecting certain characters in a popular mahou shoujo series.
All the abuse of the rating system by this person/group is why downvotes are gone and comments can't be rated anymore.
