"Real" hermaphrodites (humans born with both functional male and female genitals) have been documented, though not many - perhaps 2 dozen. Unfortunately, the onset of puberty has proved lethal and none have survived to their 14th birthday. The so-called "Thai Futanari" is a hoax, a lie.

Jesus Christ, you're just pulling all sorts of things out of your ass. I have no idea where you're getting this lethal puberty bullshit from. Since a lot of people have trouble with this, I'll clear things up.

Hermaphrodites exist, but there are no cases of both sets of genitals working properly and being fertile. At best, one set will work and the other will have something wrong with it and be nonfunctional. There's also a number of other problems that come with this birth defect like hormonal imbalance and such. I know one and she has a somewhat working vagina (albeit with some medical issues) and a nonfunctional micropenis that's just kind of there. Overall, the real thing is not "futanari" as one would see on here, as that is fictional.

Also Galvatron, you're talking about male to female transgenders, and ones that don't have an operation have only male parts, no vagina. It's not herm/futa and would be considered newhalf on here.
