In Orean Army there are plenty of regulations, such as mandatory condom usage and compulsory semen swallowing for fellatio. However, Anerican soldiers are only told to make sure that their usage does not interfere with their operations, and there are no other restrictions. For example, unlike Orean Army, Anerican soldiers have no restrictions for stripping off the clothing of female soldiers, and condom usage is optional.
