Of all the characters they could have picked from to officially kill off, Ryouki had to be the one to go....

Part of me hope she pulled a Rin/Suzune and is still alive just living on under a different name forced into a new lifestyle due to BS and Shinobi politics.
Future games will dictate her fate.
