Ouch. The set-up doesn't look really bad at first. A bit uncomfortable, obviously, due to heavy weight on lap and the arm restraints. But notice the thing she's kneeling on; look at how it's textured. She's putting her full weight on that. More, even, because of that giant block of whatever.
