Ive played this game confirmed that this little loli is in fact a young kotonoha. She somehow slipped through time and escaped from her father.

You rape her and then kidnap her and force her to play rock ppaper scissors with you. She's a cheap unlockable hidden character with more lives than others. Only one with more lives is "her and kokoro together tied up in bondage gear" which is an actual charcater in the game
