if anyone noticed, Kishimoto put One Piece's Straw Hat Pirate Logo on the Konoha's Hokage Mountain, while Oda put Konoha symbols on Nami's Chinese dress. bleach has nothing and put nothing.

The One Piece homage was extensive...

Luffy in the title was replaced with Naruto, there is a shuriken in the title, Nami has the Konoha symbol, there's a fox with an Uzumaki on its back, Luffy is eating ramen, his unseen friend in the jumpsuit is eating Luffy's favorite food, and the three Strawhats in the picture are: NAmi, Luffy(RUffy) and TOny-Tony Chopper. Na-Ru-To. I'm told that the menu Chopper is looking at can be read as a congratulatory message as well.
