I love this image, but there are two things on my mind. One, I'm also curious about what the pee jar does. Two, they're holding her eye lids open, that's too cruel.
But I love restraint, the less I can move, the better. And there is very little movement to be had here.
I'd love to be in her place, minus the eye lid restraints.

as some one pointed out, having her eyelids open without any lubrication is madness, everything else is just excellent

Just gotta figure there's something offscreen (hopefully automated, as I'd like to think she'll be kept like that for a long while) that lubricates the eyes occasionally - often enough to prevent corneal damage, rarely enough to keep those eyes nice and irritated >:).
