Not even, Unknown is Juns non-canon sister. The concept was dropped when TTT1 became non-canon. A lot of ppl thought Jun was Unknown despite her already being in the game so when TTT2 came out they made Unknown an alternate for Jun as a reference to all that past speculation.

But technically and literally they are completely different characters.

As mentioned before, we already know the canonicity of Unknown and Jun. it was confirmed that Unknown was Juns sister, not her herself. And even that is non canon since Tag isn't canon to the series.
Anyone telling themselves differently is just in denial.
