Yeah, but not even Goku or Vegeta could do much against him. SSJ3 Goku got beaten in two hits and Vegeta landed a few good hits, but was still beaten with a single poke to the forehead. He's just too strong for his existence to benefit the series.

It still doesn't make any fucking sense that he's using an ordinary pair of chopsticks to hold back Tien's arm or hit Piccolo's pressure points. They're just made of wood; it doesn't matter if they're being held by a god or whoever else; they would break.
