this contract is actually pretty great. I could believe a domineering figure like satsuki would likely have a hostile internal environment. doing it every day gives very dilute semen with lower chance of impregnation when dealing with said environment. If she really wanted a child she'd say "you aren't allowed to cum unless i'm ovulating and only inside." then she'd get a kid in one go. her current contract is rather favorable for her target, likely ensuring weeks if not months of sex.
