It really doesn't make sense. If the artist is implying Donte from Ninja Theory's reboot understands going through development hell with a different studio coming in and taking the reigns at the end to come up with a competent game, then no. Ninja Theory made every creative decision and finished the game themselves. The fans outcry changed a few cosmetic choices but ultimately it remained the same.
If he's implying Raiden is misunderstood like Donte was with the fanbase, once more it doesn't make sense. Since fans of MGR were perfectly alright with the campy approach Platinum took with Raiden's character. Fans of DMC 1, 3-4 despised Dino for a myriad of perfectly reasonable reasons. The color of his hair being the least of them.
If he's implying Raiden's so bloodthirsty and edgy that even Dino is disgusted with him, it's once more a bad comparison. Dino boasts about his brother killing a baby still in her mother's womb to the father. Raiden cuts cyborgs apart to heal his body and live up to the name of 'Jack the Ripper'.
It's more than likely a satirical interpretation of Raiden being off-the-wall batshit crazy and Dino being..

While some fans of Metal Gear Solid might dislike Rising revengeance which I can accept,at least it will NOT replace the Solid series unlike DmC DMC. Besides in terms of spinoff revengeance is not even close to the weirdest one in the series.

While some fans of Metal Gear Solid might dislike Rising revengeance which I can accept,at least it will NOT replace the Solid series unlike DmC DMC. Besides in terms of spinoff revengeance is not even close to the weirdest one in the series.
