This make me think of an alternate ending where Ragyu gets the life fibers dethreaded from her body and reduced to an infant. Sort of the Kill La Kill version of Pride's defeat in FMA. Kind of fitting that once her clothes are taken away Ragyu would just be a little girl playing pretend.
