Because the people who post this stuff don't always know where they're from. That being said, I am almost certain that this is from Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. I'll look into it before tagging it as such.

Alright, I've confirmed that it is indeed from Sakurasou and that it's from episode two. I've added the information. It's a great anime by the way. If you haven't watched it, I would definitely recommend it.
