it may not be, but this looks to be HIGHLY inspired by laughing octopus from the metal gear solid series. i don't know the details about this particular creation, but if it was a commission, someone has good taste; and if not a commission, the artist has good taste as well. enough of me rambling, time to ogle the picture and drool while doing so @q@
