or he had drunk the same Potion as Akatsuki. Just a Version which doesn't turn the Person drinking it into a Loli.

Actually you get to pick your appearance after you drink the potion. She just turned into a loli cause that's her body size in real life (even though she's in college). She did it to make it easier to move and so you know she didn't have a dick

Anon 2, the potion Akatsuki drank wasn't a loli pot, it was an appearance changing potion, she chose her size, looks, and gender. It wasn't involuntary.
