I suggest checking this out on pixiv. It's actually the first in a series of images showing them now in high school (except for Nagisa, who is now in middle as you can see here) and grouped into different couples, mostly focused on the pairs seen here.

The final image indicates that the situation established in Rebellion is apparently still in place, which could be an interesting scenario, having a timeskip before getting back to the story.
