The artist is basically saying that the 2nd image was on the lines of being a futanari Inazuma, not a trap version. Believe me, the thought of having a trap Inazuma with that epic bulge gave me a raging boner that still persists after reading the artist's comment.

Not every small-chested, be-penised character is a trap, you know. If you're not sure, check the source image and look for this word: ふたなり.

yes, i think we know that just because a character has a penis and has a small chest, it's not necessarily a trap. i don't think suchipi suggested that. i think it might have been because, you know, the TAGS said trap? tags are not always right, but certainly it's what we would go by initially. using your logic, we would have to further research every tagged 'trap' pic on gelbooru and search for 'futanari' in the source, but i usually don't worry about it.
