There are 3 kind of name: Touya is the japanese name, in the us is Hilbert and in the manga is Black.
Same for Kyouhei(the one in the middle in case you didn't know), in the Us is Nate and in the manga is Rakutsu(Japanese for Black 2 i guess).
The one on the left is new so i don't know yet. But from the tag his japanese name is Calem? Or is it in the Us? His other name must be Xavier or something.

The character on the left is called Calem in English. His Japanese name, Karumu (カルム), is adapated from the French word for calm, calme. Xavier was an alternate name for him that was used in some demos and stuff before X & Y were release.
