No, it isn't. This conversation is present every time the picture gets uploaded somewhere.

Do you see the dog's chin?
Do you see how stable the dog's head is?
Do you see how much the little bundle is shaking?
Do you see how shaky the girl's head is?

You can watch the whole scene, and see how heir ponytail is modeled to be some weird solid string of hair.
The dog's tongue isn't that long, either.
