lets see, the average weight of a horse is between 950 and 1100 lbs, 1100 lbs is 498 kg, the first two numbers are 5 and 3 so I'm going to assume centaurea weight is 530 to 539 kg(1168 - 1188lbs). lets see now miia is 7m long(i'm assuming that's just the snake part so lets go 8m for this one to include the human part) 26feet 2inches, average anaconda is 20', 12"diameter, 330lbs. 55cm is 21.7', 26x12/20=16.69x330/12=459.04x26/20=596.75lbs=270.26kg...i'm pretty sure that is a 4 by her name. maybe she's more dense than regular snakes, well I can safely assume she's over 400kg at least, unless theres a one scribbled out before it which means she might be less dense than a regular snake at 140-149kg

There's a tail print next to the hoof print. Miia wasn't happy either. Also, I know that it's more "realistic" to have Miia be really long like shown here, but I prefer how in the manga she's usually portrayed as much shorter. I think we can pretty much throw realism out the window, considering it's a manga about monster girls.

One theory I've heard from the 4chan boards was that a Lamia can extend their snake section either forwards("growing taller") or backwards("shrinking"). Depends on how much control their snake part has.
By Chapter 17, she's reached 8 meters.
Check out page 2 of the very first comic.
Starting with her head to the bottom of the dress, let us assume that's about 60cm. Now run your finger along her length(you know you want to, you kinky bastard! ;) )
1. Human part
2. 1st snake section across Kurusu Kimihito.
3. 2nd section running to just under KK's legs.
4. 3rd section running under KK's legs towards our left.
5. 4th Pointing down and extending out of frame.
6-8. 5-7th Totally out of frame.
9. 8th section ending just above the "O" kana of "Okayado".
10. 9th section coiling back between KK's legs and #4.
11. 10th section curling back over KK and between them both.
12. 11th section mostly about his chest.
13. 12th section from under his back all the way to tail tip.
Assuming that's the case:
Chapter 1-13(16?): 700/13=53.85cm
Chapter 17 onwards: 800/13=61.54 cm
Based on the above, let's say she uses 1 section of tail+the thickness(diameter) of the next section to prop herself up.
Head+section 1+(X)=X+107.7cm
X could be anywhere from 20-30cm(roughly 10 inches to 1 foot).
This gives her a "height" of 128-138cm(4'2.4" to 4'6.3"). Not unreasonable for a Japanese "schoolgirl" of 16. Although this would make KK rather short at barely 5' tall in pages 4-5 of Chapter 2. Then again, later in the chapter, page 13, we get a view of Miia slightly hunched, plus 1 section of tail in height, with a total of 9 tail sections(10 including the human part). But if we assume KK to be anywhere from 1.6 to 1.8m tall, Miia's skirt terminates at about half his height, so
10 sections, each 0.8-0.9, for a total length of 8-9m(and her un-hunched height would be the same as KK, 1.6-1.8m) in that panel.
tl;dr: Her height varies somewhat with Okayado's mood and memory. Assume that anywhere from 7-9m(head to tail) is reasonable.
