According to source this is femdom. Despite her submissive position she continues to be the "seme" here. I can't translate the artist's comments that well but it's something along the lines of:

A side note from me: Japanese is a weird language where they sometimes omit things like question marks and exclamation points the way we use them in English. Rather there are grammatical patterns that equate to the same things, so don't find it too strange my translations use English grammar - it's to help get the intent across more accurately.
