i highly doubt its supposed to be her, but...this kinda looks like Tamamo-no-Mae, the playable Caster in fate/Extra. the one usually tagged 'caster_(fate/extra)'.

the fox parts, the outfit, build..its like someone took Tamamo, slightly changed her hairstyle, and recolored her outfit, hair, ears and tail. then added two weapons.
