Did some Googling....
Edward is 149 cm (4'-11") Not counting his ahoge and "shoes", otherwise he's 165 cm. At least this is what the manga says his height is.

Rukia is 144 cm (4'-8")
Hitsugaya is 133 cm (4'4")
