Okay...This comic gave a reference to an episode of Family Guy where Quagmire lends the Griffins a cat while he, Joe, and Peter went somewhere. The cat does what was in the pic to Lois. Then, Brian removes the cat and does it but Lois wakes up in the process. Brian out of panic then hit her with a lamp nearby and runs away. No seriously, it gave me that vibe when I looked at it carefully.
