Mofuringu sold it through DLsite. 'nuff said.

His works are censored by Japanese law, but they're popular for decensoring.

The censorship law applies specifically to porn made commercially; that is, if you sell it, you have to censor it. The uncensored pictures from him are pictures he's not selling.

Of course, many artists censor their non-commercial pictures too, either out of habit, because they plan to sell them at some later point (like Initial-G does in his CG diary collections), or because "you can't be too careful".
