i don't see what the big fuss is about with dantes new design. i for one think his new look suits his laid back personality more than his white hair emo haircut, quite ironic since many angry fanboys also consider the new dante emo aswell. well ofc it's my opinion v_v as long as ninja theory knows what their doing with the game, all will be forgiven and everyone will appreciate the new dante and the new dmc! ^_^

this is my original caracter donte but u can call him donte the demon killer he is the son of a demon and an angle so he has demon and angle forms he is super strong and can beat old donte in a fight
he likes dubstep anachy and killing demons he hates the govement corporations and the corupt media

That's the thing, Anon 3. Ninja Theory DOESN'T know what they're doing. I wasn't one of the people that went all 'abloobloobloo' over Dante being changed. It's a different little universe and that just makes it easier for Capcom to forget this ever got made if it does flop.
What bothers me about the new DmC isn't the storyline since it's a whole new world and whatnot, but the gameplay.
They fucked it up. Badly.
No longer are combos required for you to use different moves one after another to get higher style grades and to keep your style from eventually going down, which challenged you as the player to come up with different combos and keeping that delicious SSS style and using all the moves in your moveset in many sorts of ways. Now it's all based solely on the damage you do.
So now instead of thinking of crazy combos, all you have to do is mash the same attack over and over and you're pretty much guaranteed to get a SSS grade.
No challenge.
No test of skill.
No depth.
Just mash buttons to win.
And that is grade SSS bullshit.
