Actually, Debilitas was the least disturbing 'villain' in the game. He never wanted to rape her, or even hurt her, he just wanted to play with the big dolly. He's a big guy, but he's just a little kid inside. Those sounds you hear when he catches her? That's him playing rough and accidentally breaking her/ripping off limbs.

Daneilla, on the other hand, wanted to cut her open and rip out her womb (and likely eat it) in order to make herself complete.

Ricardo was the one that wanted to rape her. (And did, in the 'bad' ending.)

Lorenzo just wanted to kill her so he could take her Azoth and become immortal.
