ok first off, if a zombie cum's inside of you you won't have a zombie baby, second if you have sex with a zombie without having protection on like a comdom the zombie virus can be sexually transferred, and ladies the pill won't protect you from the virus.

You know that traditionally, zombies are NOT made through a virus, right? It was a result of voodoo, magic, or supernatural forces.
Only Western movies (Dawn of the Dead, 28 Days, etc) and Resident Evil-like video games use the virus idea.
With that said, receiving zombie cum will not turn you into a zombie IF the zombies are the traditional type.
Though, I think even traditional zombies wont be able to make zombie babies. The zombie body is DEAD, and thus, body temperature and stuff wouldnt be like that of a living body. In addition, I would think that bodily fluids, like semen, would dry up.

realistically, a zombie is a corpse, blood isnt moving inside it, so he cant get an erection.
