Gelbooru does not have a parent/child system, and something like it should NOT be attempted with tags.
Regardless, this is not a duplicate image. The only differences that can be present in an image for it to remain a duplicate are different levels of compression, cropping, resizing, stretching/skewing, watermarks, or reflections. Vector traces, photoshops, and recolors are NEVER considered to be duplicates, and are judged entirely separately from the original image based on their own quality.
For what it matters, this version looks better to me than the one you linked.

Gelbooru does not have a parent/child system, and something like it should NOT be attempted with tags.
