Well it seems like she is looking directly at the computer tower and the monitor also seems to be be facing the machine. So perhaps the computer just said something witty? Or maybe they are all having a staring contest.

Orrrrr, she is looking at hentai and doesnt want anyone to happen to walk in and see it. it being tilted to the side makes it harder for someone entering to see what it it right away. all that aside. Major props to the artist *clap clap*
