Anyone notice the Ditto in Fuuro's hair? I think that "Fuuro" is actually a Ditto slime girl.

Yeah, Skyla/Fuuro seems to be a ditto in disguise. Look down at where her waist should be.

From the other pictures in the series, I think I've figured this out. Ditto is disguised as Fuuro, but also took control of Kamitsure's body by enveloping her. Ditto-Fuuro is showing how she can change any part of Kamitsure's appearance, and in the last panel is showing how she can make Kamitsure do whatever she wants by holding her shirt up.
