#1 Well, since being able to grow to the size of Japan at will and surviving her own mass and the lack of oxygen and atmosphere is pretty god-like to begin with I like to think she can fix reality back.
#2 #3 Personally I disagree. I'm into giga for the giantess' sheer power and size, bodyscape and the playful interaction with cities and countries (under the presumption of reversibility), not the loss of life.

I am going to die any way, so I can either die to illness, murder, force of nature, or a potential military strike... Being smashed by a cute titanic girl beats all the the other ways I can possibly die, so I am ready for this anytime.

I for one love that she's able to destroy empires and countless lives with an effortless whim. That kind of power turns me on immensely.
The only reason I'd want "reversibility" is because she'd run out of things to play with before long. I love the idea of her being sadistic to tinies and threatening them with her curves.

Part of me thinks this is supposed to represent expansionist views. The Japanese have outgrown their homeland and need more room, exemplified by their conquests in the past.
That just my thoughts, though...I have no idea what the artist's personal views are.
