This artist usually draws some kind of twist to his images, but I can't see anything out of the ordinary except for the blurry edges.
Can someone tell me what he cooked up?

The picture almost looks as though it was done with a fishbowl lens effect centering on his reoccurring character. Think that might be it? Notice the proportions on everything else are off.

More like everything is outright stretched horizontally except for her.
It wouldn't be the only near-straight (self-?)portrait of this character.
