Actually, I'm not too sure it a tanline, but the artist intentionally leaving a silhouette of the clothes.. I guess to show they were there?

If you look closely, the "burn" goes outside the nipple area and into the whitespace.

My conclusion: artist has x-ray vision.

I seriously don't see why she is liked by the main character... I find her annoying and weak. Japanese people love stupid weak girls, and I just can't see why.

Of course she is pretty, don't get me wrong!
