It's obviously cosplay without the costumes. D to the ent is light. Ash is shadow the hedgehog and I can't tell who Iris is though I'm guessing they're either a witch or vampire.

Ash's face looks like he's trying to be Shadow the Hedgehog, but his hat looks like it has the Millennium Eye symbol from Yu-Gi-Oh!. So I'm wondering if he's cosplaying a Yami character like Bakura or Marik.

It's a seiyuu joke.

Satoshi has the same seiyuu as Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh
Dent has the same seiyuu as Light from Death Note
Iris has the same seiyuu as.. well I'm not sure what it's referencing, but she has the same seiyuu as Mina Tepes from Vampire Bund so maybe that. She voiced a lot of characters.
