I seriously doubt that her tits aren't implants. The way the jiggle suggests them moving as one large (but soft) unit. Plus, in a lot of her videos when she's bending over her breasts really thin out at the top where her chest connects to her breasts, suggesting that the bags are going downward with gravity away from the breast, as opposed to more uniform and connected breast tissue.
Breasts that squishy can be achieved with underfilled implants. American implants are typically overfilled, which is why the softness/shape is usually pretty different from what girls like hitomi have.
I've also seen some before-after pics but im somewhat skeptical about those.
Still, her boobs are great.

I highly doubt they are implants. I'd bet money on the fact that they're natural. Look in all her pictures. You'll notice one thing. Her left breast is much smaller than her right. If they were implants, they would most likely have been balanced. It's even noticeable in this animation. If you can't see it, slow it down, stop it. You'll see what I mean. In her pictures, they do a wonderful job of using perspective and hands/arms to make them appear better, but in her videos and in the gifs of the videos, it becomes all too obvious.

There are several cases, where natural breasts of large sizes begin to appear as such at younger ages, even reports of ages near and below 18. It's caused by improper support of breasts, but mainly by the size. If a girl as well endowed does not use supported bras, this can be seen within even just a couple years. It is repairable by surgery, but let me ask, which would you prefer to see - her natural breasts with a little extra sag to them? or a series of scars around her nipples and along the bottom of her breasts?

No amount of make up can hide a scar when shot from so close.
