Given her skin color, horn, outfit, and most importantly the sack she is holding (and how she holds it)... This is undoubtedly a damn good feminized interpretation of "Fujin" god(dess) of Wind.
Coupled with "Raijin" god of Thunder, and you have a couple of storm gods.
And if you use the Raijin who is already impressively feminized in the Wii game "Oboro Muramasa Youtouden", you have couple of dead sexy storm goddesses.
