In world war two the russians were low on anti-tank munitions, so they trained their dogs to believe that there were treats underneath tanks! And then they strapped mines, with a lever trigger (when they went under the tank, the tank pushed the lever) to dogs. The dogs would run under the tanks and blow them up. Unfortuanetly...the dogs couldn't tell the difference between enemy and friendly tanks.

The dogs COULD tell the difference, they were just trained with RUSSIAN tanks, which is what they wound up searching for food under, rather than those belonging to the enemy.

#937992 Сам дурак :) Это быстрый и надежный способ уничтожения вражеской бронетехники. Собачек конечно жалко, но людей жаль еще больше. Немцы для аналогичных целей использовали телеуправляемые по кабелю самоходки - дорогие, тупые и неэффективные. Конечно, вскоре они поняли, что это пустая трата денег и прекратили их использование.
А собачки - дешево, просто и эффективно. Связка гранат, привязанная к спине, детонатор с рычажком и тренировка рефлекса на то, что под танком еда.
Когда речь стоит о выживании, моральные аспекты отходят на второй план. Миллионы солдат погибли в той войне, а тут собачек жалко.
