Yes anon2, because clearly, we value anatomical correctness and realism in our pics. Proportions in both men and women -- especially when it comes to boobs and dicks -- are well within actual biological specifications. There are no insanely large penetrations ever, and when there are, the victim suffers permanent damage / death. Actually, I believe that, canonically, Kazuki does take female hormones, supposedly because it keeps his flesh soft enough to control the strings he uses with the necessary delicacy. Which is a pretty stupid reason to take female hormones I imagine, but.
